Shipping & Delivery

At Gorgeous Skin, we know that fast, secure, and smooth delivery is as important as the quality of our skincare products. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timeframes, and conditions for all orders placed within the United Arab Emirates.

1. Shipping Charges
FREE delivery on orders above AED 150.

Orders below AED 150 will be charged a flat shipping fee of AED 15.

Express or same-day delivery (where available) may carry an additional fee of AED 20–30.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

2. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share a tracking number/link via:

Email (registered at checkout)

WhatsApp (if opted in)

You can also track your order via the “Track My Order” section on our website.

3. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or unusually delayed:

Report to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Include your order number and photo/video evidence of the issue.

We will initiate an investigation and provide a refund or reshipment as appropriate.

4. Failed Deliveries / Missed Attempts
If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery:

Our courier will attempt up to two more deliveries.

After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.

In such cases, re-delivery fees may apply.

To avoid delays, please ensure your contact number, delivery address, and location pin are accurate at checkout.

5. Special Instructions
If you live in a gated community, office, or shared space:

Add any delivery instructions in the “Notes” section during checkout.
