Redfunds & Replacement

At Gorgeous Skin, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we take great care in formulating and delivering our skincare products, we understand there may be rare occasions when returns or refunds are needed.

This policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted in accordance with UAE consumer protection guidelines and hygiene standards.

1. No Returns on Used Products
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and beauty products, we do not accept returns on:

Opened, used, or tested products

Items without original packaging or seals intact

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage

This is in compliance with UAE consumer regulations on health and beauty items.

2. Eligible Return Conditions
We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a wrong item

The product was damaged in transit

The item is expired on delivery

To be eligible:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order

Proof must be provided (photos/video + order number)

3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

Your order number

Reason for return

Clear photos of the product, invoice, and outer packaging

Our team will verify the request within 2 business days and guide you through the pickup or drop-off process

4. Return Pickup
Return pickup is available in most UAE cities via our courier partners.

In some locations, you may be asked to drop the product at a nearby collection point.

We cover return shipping only for valid return reasons (wrong/damaged item).

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item:

Please return the original (if eligible)

Place a new order for the preferred product

7. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Products bought on final sale, flash deals, or with a deep discount

Gift cards or promotional freebies

Items damaged due to heat exposure, water, or improper use after delivery

8. Product Sensitivity & Patch Testing
While our products are dermatologically tested, individual results vary. We recommend patch testing before full use.

Allergic reactions do not qualify as a manufacturing defect and are not covered under our refund policy unless product tampering is proven.

9. Policy Updates
Gorgeous Skin reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
